The
TRAINPOST programme was developed
in response to the human resources
strategy
laid down in the 1994 Seoul Congress. It adopted a modular
training
system
for
postal
schools , adapting the international approach
known as TRAIN - X to the
needs
of
the postal sector , with the emphasis upon
greater simplicity and on the
speed
of training development.
